In the web shop, we offer payments against debit card, paypal and IBAN Account.
We handle card payments in collaboration with EPAY payment solutions that are certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – PCI standard. You can feel safe when you shop with card.
The prices in our web shop are shown including VAT for Sweden and for individuals within the European Union. We are registered to VOEC which means customers from Norway shop including VAT. The parcel will not go throgh the customs (tulletaten) and you will not pay any customs duties or VAT in Norway.
For others, the prices are excluding VAT. For companies in the European Union with VAT numbers, enter your VAT number at checkout. If you are a individual from a country that is not a member of the European Union the prices is excluding VAT.
VOEC – Vat on E-Commerce
We are registered to VOEC which means customers from Norway shop including VAT. The parcel will not go throgh the customs (tulletaten). Your parcel will be delivered fast and without customs duties or VAT in Norway.
We deliver worldwide! If ordered goods are in stock, we will normally send your order within 1-3 weekdays (excl. the carriers delivery time). Unfortunately, it happens that some products run out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you regarding partial delivery or if you want your order delivered in another way.
You as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if you do not approve a new proposed delivery time in the event of a delay.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments, stock changes and any technical errors on the website, browser, network and servers. We reserve the right to correct product texts, images and prices that are written or printed incorrectly on the website or in printed material. We reserve the right to discontinue or sell certain goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private individual in EU, Norway, Iceland and England have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product (does not apply to companies). If you want to regret contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we have received the item and found that it is not damaged, we will refund the amount you paid for the item/items. Returned goods must be in unchanged condition and packaged well. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping. The parcel can NOT be sent by cash on delivery. For return address see below.
A defective or incorrectly shipped item upon delivery should be returned within 14 days. Contact us by e-mail or telephone before returning an item. If you want money back for the product, this counts as a withdrawal purchase, see info under the heading “right of withdrawal”. Always send with an explanation and state the reason for return. Return well packaged.
Refunds are made to your bank account or the way the customer suggests. The refund will be made as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved your return. However, always within 30 days.
